EGG--CELLENCE For Easter!! (CLOSED GRP)

Here is our home for this 14 week challenge! It will go from January 2nd to April 7th (the day before Easter). Our weigh ins will be on Mondays (except April 7th) and need to be in by noon PST. We will have at least one mini challenge every week that will be given by one of our biggest losers. If you don't want to do the challenges, no problem. Here is the format that we'll use for the weigh ins.

If you don't want to set mini goals, that's up to you. Can't/won't weigh in on Mondays? Fine. Pick a different day and be consistent with weighing on that day each week. It would be REALLY HELPFUL for me if you would still post that weigh in on Monday mornings. I'm a really informal host. The thread will be pretty easy going with a great group of people posting and supporting each other along our weight loss journey. We won't have pressure here. One negative... If you miss 3 weigh ins in a row, you will be dropped from the chart that third week. Here is who we have with us on this journey. Welcome!

    I went ahead and weighed in this morn, cant wait to get to started and END the Xmas cookie overload. I have gained over 3lbs this week.

    Kristen Can you please change my goal of 11 lbs to 16 lbs. I put my dates up as everyone's to keep from getting confused for you and I but I am still gonna weigh in on Fridays. Thanks!!

    That's fine but could you hold on to the info. and post it on Mondays? That would be sooo helpful for me.

    Everyone, please give me your starting and goal weights as close to next Monday as you can, even if you weigh in earlier this week. I will be out of town until late on Saturday and can't do anything with them until then. And, in the meantime, your weight might go up or down before next Monday (our official first weigh in day).
