Here is our home for this 14 week challenge! It will go from January 2nd to April 7th (the day before Easter). Our weigh ins will be on Mondays (except April 7th) and need to be in by noon PST. We will have at least one mini challenge every week that will be given by one of our biggest losers. If you don't want to do the challenges, no problem. Here is the format that we'll use for the weigh ins.

If you don't want to set mini goals, that's up to you. Can't/won't weigh in on Mondays? Fine. Pick a different day and be consistent with weighing on that day each week. It would be REALLY HELPFUL for me if you would still post that weigh in on Monday mornings. I'm a really informal host. The thread will be pretty easy going with a great group of people posting and supporting each other along our weight loss journey. We won't have pressure here. One negative... If you miss 3 weigh ins in a row, you will be dropped from the chart that third week. Here is who we have with us on this journey. Welcome!

I went ahead and weighed in this morn, cant wait to get to started and END the Xmas cookie overload. I have gained over 3lbs this week.

YAY here's to round 2! I've been kind of slacking the past couple weeks especially because of the holidays I couldn't trust myself to stay away from all the yummy goodies. I am going away in late spring so my weight is on the line no more getting lazy! Would be happy to lose 20 pounds but at this point my body has built a bit of resistance so i'll be happy with 10 pounds off as long as my dimensions change.

Thank you so much! I'm so excited! I've been studying abroad in Ecuador and gained almost 10lbs while I was there (I lived with host families and "if you're skinny, you're unhappy" so I ate and ate just to make them happy) but now I'm back! and I'm ready to be skinny again!0
