    Thank you so much! I'm so excited, I haven't been losing like this in a VERY long time. I'm taking a handful of vitamins every day, workout, aim for 1200 calories daily and make sure to eat plenty of protein and easy on carbs. I want this to be a lifestyle, not just a fix. So far it's working! Since December 22nd I've lost a total of 16 lb.

    Hit my mini goal weight! Yay! However, I went up over the weekend about 1.5 lbs. TOO MUCH SODIUM! Will conquer that this next weekend. I do great during the week and stay under my calories, but going over that sodium and retaining water isn't doing me any kind of help on Monday weigh ins. :) Have a great week all!

    Had a super bad two weeks. Been totally off the plan and stress eating.

    Our house had a flood with a broken pipe under tile and it caused a huge mess!!!! I hope to do better this week.

    Honestly don't know what the hell happened here. I was good all week. I got 4 days running including 2 >5 milers and 2 days weight training in and was under cals. I don't know what to do.

    Great weigh in today, a little bit surprised actually. I did have a good week, and was hoping I'd see a nice 149 on the scale, but not only hit this goal weight, I almost hit the one for the end of Feb. We'll see if this was a fluke next week, LOL.

    Well, I've discovered that Monday's are my heaviest days of the week! All week I was in the 198-199 range - but I did have a bit of an emotional eating episode yesterday evening. I think I need to start planning Sunday workouts! This was a crazy busy week - one of those ones where you're only home long enough to make dinner, get ready for the next day & collapse into bed.

    sorry I haven't been online much lately - will work for better results this week!

    cmpettey - TOM? More weight added during your training... for your muscles to be holding onto some water? Extra stress last week?
