Thank you so much! I'm so excited, I haven't been losing like this in a VERY long time. I'm taking a handful of vitamins every day, workout, aim for 1200 calories daily and make sure to eat plenty of protein and easy on carbs. I want this to be a lifestyle, not just a fix. So far it's working! Since December 22nd I've lost a total of 16 lb.0 -

Hit my mini goal weight! Yay! However, I went up over the weekend about 1.5 lbs. TOO MUCH SODIUM! Will conquer that this next weekend. Well, I've discovered that Monday's are my heaviest days of the week! All week I was in the 198-199 range - but I did have a bit of an emotional eating episode yesterday evening. I think I need to start planning Sunday workouts! This was a crazy busy week - one of those ones where you're only home long enough to make dinner, get ready for the next day & collapse into bed.
sorry I haven't been online much lately - will work for better results this week!
