I weigh 215.6 today. I only lost 4 ounces. Okay okay, so I didn't gain...but I exercised my butt off this past week. Oh well...going to keep moving and hopefully lose at least a 1 lb next week. Have a great Monday everyone.0

Hi everyone! I'm here! I was away for a few days doing Christmas shopping. Haven't even had a chance to go back and read what everyone has been posting the past few days yet. Being away from home and having to eat all meals out means it's impossible to count calories....and I admit I didn't even try to eat healthy! So I was really happy this AM when I stepped on the scale and didn't see a gain. Ofcourse....I'm not making any progress in the losing weight department either. But that's okay.
So Christmas is less than 2 weeks away and I've got a ton to do yet....like all of you I'm sure! Every year I say I'm going to get ready early so I can relax a bit and enjoy the holidays more......and every year I'm still wrapping presents into the wee hours of the morning on Christmas Day. Ho ho ho.....guess I just work well under pressure!
I've got 2 school winter concerts to go to this week for the grandchildren...and tomorrow evening I'm taking all my GS troops to a senior citizen housing complex to go carolling. Gotta go buy ink for my printer cause I'm running low and I have to finish printing out the songs sheets for everyone.....and I have to finish hot-gluing on the googly eyes for the candy cane felt mice the girls made for the seniors. Always something! :laugh:

I know my weight hasn't moved nearly as much as I wanted, but I am happy that I have been able to maintain for so long without gaining back everything I had lost previous to this challenge! And, I'm down 2 whopping pounds - haha! :-)0

Just hanging around now... my goal is now to be in the 140s by the end (I'll put my weight in on the 23rd, cause I'll be on a plane in the early morning hours Christmas Eve). Had a good weekend. Got my weight lifting done on Saturday, which is a miracle as we never seem to find time to workout on the weekends. Got 4 cardio workouts done this past week, skipped Thurs because I was just too sore to move that much (which worked out well as we had the second car in the shop getting it's auto start installed, and threw off the usual schedule anyways).
Gmomlyn, caroling sounds like so much fun! Glad to see you back!
Shirley, remember that the average American gains 5 pounds during the holidays, so you are doing AWESOME with your couple ounce loss!!
