            Alright ladies! I have been feeling like such a failure. I havent been logging calories regularly nor have i been exercising. Ive been fortunate just to maintain all my weight throughout this. Thanks Kristen for thinking of me. I am now a stay at home mom and hope to establish some better routines for myself and my boys. Any ideas welcome. I am ready to get back into this! I love this group, it has helped bring my focus back. 0 0

 Wow---so many changes for you and your family.....please, please, don't feel like a failure.....it's life and you are making the best of it......kudos to you for being so flexible. don't forget about you and your needs.....are there webpages for stay at home moms in your area??? we always had success with the library and the story hours there.... my husband is a stay at home dad and really loved the support from other dad's/..... good luck....let us know what you need,,,,0

            I like the zigzagging theory! That's right up my alley I also felt a need to "shock" my body this week.  I didn't even weigh last week....I should have.  I have however been making sure to log all of the bad food I've eaten so I can go back and look at it and be shocked at myself.  It worked.  I have been soooooo on the ball after a week of debauchery.  I've been kind of bouncing around in the 132-136 range.  Hoping to get to and stay steady around the 132 range before the next round of bad holiday eating lol.                        0 I also felt a need to "shock" my body this week.  i have been spinning out of control the last few weeks,..there are a couple of reasons, this time of year i get sad(in a funky mood)exercise helps very much so i try and not miss doing some cardio everyday...but also when i have sugars(that is cookies, candies the cakes)and they are every where, its so hard to get back the control.....but i will try very hard form here to Christmas eve, to avoid those triggers......good luck all:flowerforyou:0

 This was another good week for me. Having great workouts and good eating. Pam, I usually have issues with being in a funk this time of year too, but not this one. Not sure if it's just being so busy and having so much to look forward to (seeing both my boys that are out of the house in Dec., woo hoo!) or if my addition of vitamin D to my supplements is working. I never had my levels of vit. D checked, but it makes sense that it was low, living up here I know we don't get enough sunlight to keep our levels up (today we get a whole 4 hours and 20 some odd minutes of sunlight, lol)!
 Dixedreg, at least you've lost significant weight during this challenge, I'm basically right where I started. Although, at least I haven't gained any weight and at this time of year, that's a victory all on it's own! We finally got our weight bench set back up, so I'll be hitting the weight again this week, so excited! Hope ya'll have a great week!
