    Only a 1/4 lb this week, 1.25 since the beginning of this month. I hope I see better results next week.

    159 this week. I am realizing more and more how junk/soda just attribute to packing on pounds for me. I was staying away from pop for so long and now it is like I am craving it. :noway: Good luck to everyone this week! :drinker:

    I watched Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead this weekend and am now inspired to go on a juice fast. Problem is, every store is sold out of the one I want. So hopefully next monday can be my Week 1 start.

    I'm so bummed to report a gain this week :( I had a day where I went a little over - but overall for the week, I had a deficit.. I think that I might be building muscle mass b/c I've been adding in strength workouts. which - I do know is good! However, I don't want to see it on the scale! Hopefully next week I'll be under 180!

    Well....again, not a big loss, but a loss nevertheless. Had a couple of days in which I snacked too much. But....the other days I did great. Exercise has been poor.....my knee has been bothering me. Don't know why, and it doesn't bother me just walking around the house and doing normal household cleaning for the most part. Well...onto a new week.
