Kristen - nice job on making good choices -- Looks like it is paying off for you :flowerforyou:

Today I got out my box of skinnier clothes and was surprised that almost all of them fit now. I am down to a pair of jeans and a pair of capris that are still too tight. I am not wanting to invest too much $ into a new wardrobe when I have practically new clothes which I have purchased in the past about the same time I fell off the diet wagon. This time around I am feeling the lifestyle change more than I ever have in the past. I have weeded out some of the bigger clothes out of my closet, but I am also wondering about keeping a bigger outfit to compare when I get to goal weight. Have any of you done that? Did you just keep one item or a couple of items?

Thats so awesome! I'm keeping a top and trousers that fitted me at my biggest for comparison. Such a great feeling when you fit into clothes that have been in a box. Well done!

I've seen a lot of losses in the posters this week! Congratulations! For those who stayed the same, congratulations to you too. For those that had a little gain, remember your body naturally goes up and down throughout the week. Next week you'll see a loss if you keep watching your food choices and include some activity each day. Encouragement to all!

Vacationista - "I think I'm going to keep going with plain-old vanilla flavor calorie counting for a while"... Me too! :-)

    Shirley61 - I'm so sorry about your job. :-(

    cathyl3 - Could you use this? http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/352970-woman-s-world-fat-flush-soup?error_user_id=4935567&error_username=kcthatsme

AbbyGrl72 - Off the challenge... It's up to you, of course, but it seems like it would be easier for you to post a weigh in on Saturday or Sunday.

kristinkt - Yay for fitting into almost all of your skinnier clothes!

Congrats to everyone that slipped into a lower decade of weight!

Congrats to cmpettey, darina23, mrsgstone, julidav, LeisureRunner, sew1222, ChristineHetz80, poopoomonkey1978, Sanifrey, and tamanella for being the second week's biggest losers!

A BIG congratulations to tamanella and sew1222 for being our biggest overall losers!!

tamanella & sew1222 - Would you each please give us one challenge for the week?

I'm a day late, but it was a holiday yesterday and we are SO cold, I literally didn't want to move off the couch (which is right next to the wood stove). So, that's what I did, cuddled on the couch with the hubby, me reading, him watching tv. I did get up to do my workout and even got my weights done (haven't done that since before Christmas and I'm feeling it this morning!).

Brandee- I missed your post last time, just saw it today. Bella is gorgeous, gotta love those piebald dachsie girls! Sookie is spoiled rotten, and so hyper lately, think it's time to get her a good walk on the treadmill!

Good weigh in this week, woulda been a 3 way tie for weight loss this week in my category if I'd gotten it in on time, LOL!:
