This is for the biggest loser challenge I am running.
I am posting a daily mini challenge that will start at midnight and run until midnight tomorrow. I am posting early to give you time to prepare.
If you are not part of the challenge, feel free to do this mini challenge any way
Now, you have until midnight tomorrow to complete. Think about this.
The mini challenge?!
No added sugar!
What does this mean? Don't add sugar to anything. No sugar at all, no artificial sweetners. Take everything as is. You don't get anything from this challenge, but if you complete it, or want to attempt, post here. Obviously we will be very proud if you complete it!

I never add sugar, as I am not suppose to have that much sugar, so whatever sugar it has in it, is that I have.0

i can't do that. i add artificial sweetner to my oatmeal.0

I can do this. I normally have my truvia in my coffee but I can go without. I normally don't add much sugar to anything.0

Should be pretty easy...ill miss my Splenda in my coffee but that's it.0

no problems here! The only time I add sugar is if I eat some cinnamon and sugar toast! I don't drink coffee and if I have tea it's usually arizona pmegranate green tea..no need to add sugar to that!0

Well guys, just a few more days! Make sure you are being healthy, eating right, exercising right, not hurting yourselves just to win. You wont be happy if you win and you're body isn't in good condition. Challenges come and go, bodies minds and spirits do not!

I know some people do cheat days or cheat meals, that's fine. But for this two day challenge:
Don't go over your carbs or fat for the weekend!
How many of you guys wanna try this? I'm in. I don't like seeing my fat be in the red.0 -
When you mean no added sugar... Does that mean not to intake anything that containes sugar?0
