I know you wont want to do anything, but go for an easy walk for at least 20 minutes. Sore muscles need movement. Aleve is good, stretching, jacuzzi, sauna. Way to stay and tough it out though. I would have left cuz I'm a wimp.

I've done some research on this because throughout the year, based upon the needs of husband and kids, my workout time is -always changing.... and the bottom line is this-EXERCISE WHENEVER YOU CAN.

I always weigh about 2 lbs more at night then when I do in the morning... Does that mean I get 2lbs worth of food? Who knows..

My family is split on this issue too. Out of the 6 of us, 3 get regularly flu shots, 3 adamantly refuse to. However, when one of the stubborns just came down with the flu, he was sure wishing he had gotten the flu shot.
