Lol, that was a very sad day...but what can I say, I'm 27 and I like to party. And when I party I like fries. LOL. I have cut back my partying from 3-4 nights a week to just one. Ya gotta live it up occasionally, otherwise, whats the point? ;)

I weight 183 right now but would like to be at 130-135. MFP says I should be eating 1200 calories a day, this doesn't seem like much to me because I was a chronic over eater, but I never go to bed hungry...I can't stand it

I think it depends on you and how you feel. I personally wake up and go straight to the gym, do not pass go. Even if I eat and wait an hour before working out I feel nauseous and uncomfortable. I wouldn't necessarily believe what that guy said. Doctors are not omniscient by any means and in my experience most have barely any clue what they are talking about. All I know is that I have two bum knees from sports injuries and the elliptical is the only vigorous exercise I can do that doesn't leave me unable to walk…
