Also I'm trying to decide so help me I do have my support team based out of Facebook for all who have Facebook! I was thinking to have a second support team on here for those who do not have facebook and have the challenge groups also based from MFP? Or Facebook? Is there a way to make a poll? Lol

I dunno if you have a Aldi near you but I get soooo much for half the price I spend at the grocery store! Sometimes eggs are .99 cents milk 2 dollars and some change, I get most my stuff there now! My husband actually prefers the milks from there and doesnt want me to get it anywhere else haha

Try not weighing yourself for a week! You shouldnt be loosing too much too fast and the scale isn't the best thing to focus on! I lost inches and saw definition in my progress pictures while my weight stayed pretty much the same! .....But when I do use the scale it's right after I wake up, bathroom and I tend to be pretty…

DVDs are great I just finished p90x and now going to do insanity... I don't have time for a gym or a babysitter to be out running around so I get my workouts in early morning while they sleep or evening after they get to bed ( earlier is easier bc I'm exhausted by the time my night is done lol)

I'm a huge coffee addict!! I switched to shakeology instead and if I really crave the taste I eat my mocha chip frozen yogurt mmmmmm

I just finished p90x and now gettin insanity! It's 60 days No equipment 6 days, one rest day You get a meal plan workout schedule I have a team to help support eachother if you'd like to join! I quit p90x twice before joining my team!

Is he clean eating? Its not just about amount of carbs..You need a certain amount of carbs, proteins and fats! 70% of your results is in the kitchen!

I eat 1300-1500 calories a day 40% of my day is protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats I eat a lot of protein :)

Eat 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fats ....and no processed foods. Eat every 2-3 hours. Meals 300-350 calories. Snacks around 150 calories Drink water water water!!! I drink about 128 ounces or more a day!! Try tracking your day the night prior to insure you meet your daily goals! Having your day planned will help you…
