Good job @DaffyGirl88 I always find it hard to get rid of old clothes. I want to hold on to them "just in case". It must feel great to get them out of the house and move forward!

After Christmas, I noticed that I have a virtual trainer on my garmin. So, I picked a goal of running 5k in 30 min, which is my fastest time. Today was my virtual race. I finished in 28:28!

I've been walking to school and back, plus home and back at lunch. It's about .75 km each way. Plus we have 2 foster puppies and I've been taking them out for 2-3 short walks a day. So, it's really adding up! Especially on days that I run!!

Decided this morning that it is finally capri weather. I grabbed my favourite jean capris from last summer and they almost fell off me!!

Monday weigh in 172.3 So obviously still moving in the wrong way, but today I feel a little more on track. I've been very unmotivated, but today I actually got on my bike and did a 20 min ride.

Sorry, I thought I did post my weight. 169.9 Wednesday Logged- yes Under no, but getting closer! Exercise, finally got up early and did a 7.5 km run. Felt so good to get up and be active!!
