It's a stress fracture :( I am limited to the elliptical/spin bike. I'll start doing some yoga when I can and take Jillian with caution when I am ready :) Good luck to all you guys who are finishing up and congratulations to those who have finished the program!

Taking an unintentional break- I injured my foot last Thursday and am going to the doctor tomorrow. Ready to jump back in there and finish what I started! :(

Starting week 3 tomorrow! A little nervous since I still can't do the entire cardio plank in level 2. Yikes, scared and loving what's in store for me tomorrow!

Tomorrow I will be on Day 5 of Week 2! :) Thanksgiving break will hopefully let me catch up some (I'm a grad student, so my schedule is a little wacky!).

I have 4 more days (including today, hopefully!) of level 2. I've noticed less jiggle and it's a great work out. :)

I bought this the other month. I put all my information in it (Height, etc), but how do I actually use it for a workout? Like for a workout dvd or something? I am sometimes technologically impaired! Thanks :flowerforyou:
