sometimes its not about the scale. try to check your clothes if they are lose, or notice if you are gettting stronger and more fit. I have a deskjob, but there are times (not too often) when im required to go to other departments or buildings which are a bit far from ours so i add that as calories burned.

i prefer smoothies, get all the fibers from fruits and veggies. I usually get mine from this site www.incrediblesmoothies.com they include the calories of each smoothie so that you wont have to wonder how many calories youre eating. :)

water weight is the cause of the extra weight. Also PMS causes us to eat alot and never feel full and easily get tired or lazy a day or two before my period starts
