Hiya, feel free to add me, I'm from Lancashire. Gained a few extra lbs through an accident earlier this year which prevented me from going to the gym etc and now have about 10lbs or so to lose. Back on track now though.

Thanks, decided going to stick to treadmill cos legs still a bit sore from Wednesday and start the programme properly from Monday.
-
Well cos my legs have been so sore since working out on Wednesday I haven't been able to do the other workouts. What I'm doing instead is go on treadmill at home every day and plan to start again on Monday, so still doing something.

Hi, I'd like to join. I did the first day of alpha on Wednesday but hurt my back doing that or by doing some gardening that day too as I found I wasn't able to do the next one yesterday, so I went on my treadmill instead. I want to lose about 10 lbs but have problems sticking to goals I set for myself, so hopefully this…

Hiya, feel free to add me. Used to be a regular on here till had accident in May then came off, lbs went on and lost motivation. Anyway, back on track again and log in every day. Would be good to have an accountability partner.

I did day one of T25 today and found it hard work. I have about 10lbs to lose but haven't exercised in nearly 3 months when used to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Unfortunately a lot has happened in that time causing the weight gain (comfort eating and all that), but got 2 and half weeks off work to make the most of the…

Hiya. I'm 46 though look and feel younger. Got last few lbs to go till reach my goal and starting a new programme at the gym today to focus on losing body fat and toning up - though not expecting it to be easy toning lose skin at my age. Feel free to add me.

Hi, I'm from Blackpool. Just trying to focus on losing body fat and toning now. Feel free to add me.

I joined the YMCA last week and had an induction where the instructor showed me how all the equipment worked. Tomorrow I have an appointment with him for a consultation where he's going to set up a programme for me as I've told him what I want to focus on (losing body fat and toning) and this will then be reviewed every…

I'm new to running having just started week 3 of C25K. My target is 50 miles but will be a combination of both running and walking - hoping to be more running though. 1st May - 4.1 miles (2.1miles C25K and 2miles extra running) 2nd May - 3.1 miles (walking)

I do mine on a treadmill at home which is set to a 5% incline which can't be adjusted. It's either that or running outside on the pavement and having to cross the roads every few minutes and there's also the traffic to take into consideration, another thing is that I'm not confident enough to run outdoors at the moment.…

I run on a treadmill at home which unfortunately is set to a 5% incline and can't be adjusted. I don't find it too boring though as I get my music on loud so I can't hear my feet pounding away which doesn't seem to make it as much of a chore. It can also be a bit frustrating knowing that I'd be able to run further and for…

I use a treadmill at home and I have no choice but to use it at a 5% incline as you can't adjust it. It's really frustrating sometimes and as I have big calves already due to the amount of walking I already do as I don't drive, I'm concerned that they're going to get even bigger now I've started running on it. Any running…

I'm new to running and just completed week 3 of C25K. I don't have the confidence to run in public so I go on my treadmill at home, unfortunately it's set at a 5% incline and can't be adjusted. I do a lot of walking as I don't drive and I've been told that I'd probably be able to do a 5k quite easily considering the speed…

I started to do C25K 3 weeks ago and when I've finished that I want to do C210K. My goal is to be able to do a 5k in 30mins.

I live in Lancashire in North West England so can't see me getting together with any of you guys, but thought I'd let you know anyway. :)

I was also wondering if it would be set up next month too. I will be starting my 3rd week of C25K tomorrow and I'm looking forward to joining this challenge too.

Feel free to add me too, focusing and staying on track are major issues for me.

Good for you for getting prepared. :) One of my problems is not eating enough fruit & veg and hardly any water. Don't really have a problem with junk food and I'm not bothered by biscuits or crisps, though over last few weeks I've been going through a craving for marshmallows which if I was on a fat free diet I wouldn't…

Hiya, I'm Nic and looking to lose about 10lbs, however my main target is to lose inches and body fat - weight is just an added bonus! :) Stats: Age: 45 Height: 5'1" Weight: 126lbs Goal weight: 116lbs Biggest obstacle: portion control (especially pasta), staying focused and coming up with excuses as to why I can't manage a…
