    I was in corral D drinking beer and wine on the course :) congrats, and good strategy and excellent finish time given the heat you dealt with!

    5/1 REST DAY - 0
    5/2 16 miles - 16.0 <<< Madkin and Weeden Mountains on RSA (1,208ft elevation gain)
    5/3 REST DAY - Went hiking ~4 miles with the wife at Monte Sano instead
    5/4 10.35 miles - 26.35 << slow recovery miles. Still feel sore from weekend

    20/150 goal. I overslept and didn't get a chance to run this morning. I will run 6 this evening though since my mom with have my kids. Evening runs are normally very hard to squeeze in!

    Beautiful weekend, but NO real running for me. Over the course of 3 days I have managed to bust my calorie budget in excess of 3,500 net - aggregate - at least a whole lb - who knows the real total because I have no idea all of the food I ate >:) after indulging in many high calorie, zero nutrition alcoholic drinks. HOWEVER, I would do it all over again for the wonderful time that was had: great weather, OUTSTANDING music at Memphis' Beale Street Music Fest, memorable time with a friend! Sometimes living life is more important than logging meals or meeting exercise goals :)
