When I was unhealthy I binged. However, it really took me looking in the mirror and focusing on what I looked like and knowing what I wanted to like to help me eat healthier. I literally y stopped cold turkey and have not regretted a day of healthy eating.

I drink Japanese matcha green tea daily. I have white tea that I brew in the refrigerator for 5 hours and enjoy cold. Red rooibos, green tea, oolong tea is great as well. I lost 100 pounds of pregnancy weight in 11 mo.10 years ago and have kept it off. Walking and strength training was my method as well and I maintain my weight because I am like Forrest Gump. I haven't stopped walking. I started out doing 8 miles a day.

Ladies I have been there!! I lost all the pregnancy weight and have kept it off for 13 years. Running, walking, walking and jogging using HIIT was my way to success. You CAN do it! Stay consistent!! Remember you have to make lifestyle changes. Not temporary changes. Be blessed and good luck.
