Recently tried a detox lemon tea...mostly because I was buying hot tea for mom's visit and she wanted lemon. I found that I liked the teas and was curious what other teas you have tried and what health benefits you have found.

It's good as a water substitute!
I switched from drinking a 600 calorie latte every day to drinking an unsweetened green iced tea. I was 10 pounds light after 6 months. I attribute that to having less calories and not tea being magical.
Drink it if you like it, but it's not a miracle drink!

I drink Japanese matcha green tea daily. I have white tea that I brew in the refrigerator for 5 hours and enjoy cold. Red rooibos, green tea, oolong tea is great as well. I usually drink the matcha or green tea after a workout. I also have detox, and immunity teas. I drink green teas and oolong everyday. The others are every other day. I have gotten use to them without sweetener.

I find Camomile tea relaxing at the end of the day ... it seems to help me sleep.

I like Rooibos Chai tea because it is a bit sweet naturally. I don't have to add sweetener to it. It is nice if I want something a little sweet in the afternoon or evening.

When my stomach is a bit unsettled for one reason or another, I find lemon-ginger tea to be quite soothing. And again, it isn't bitter so I can drink it with no sweeteners.

And if I need a bit of a boost before my afternoon lecture, I've discovered that Lady Grey tea is good. There's a kitchen at my uni where I can get hot water, so all I have to do is bring an empty travel mug and tea bag with me, at a cost of a few cents, and I can make my own tea in preparation for that lecture. That's much less expensive than paying $3 at the uni café for the same thing!!

looks like I found someone with the same taste in teas, lol. I too drink matcha, oolong, green tea. I also found that Stash has a Coconut Mango flavored oolong tea and I also found a Matcha green tea at the whole food store. These teas boost metabolism.
I drink dandelion tea, it is use as diuretic.
Peppermint tea which is used to help with bloating.

    I do not use sweetner.

I like most teas as long as they are not sweet or fruity. Health benefits are hydration and antioxidants.
