I am still losing weight. I am a mid-distance runner. Bananas are a great source of everything I am looking for in a food. Please don't blame the banana. Do you workout? If so, a banana is great fuel pre or post.

Ice cream is a good base for a veggie shake. Two cups of high quality ice cream and one ounce of veggie! I know, I know, I'm not funny. My wife tells me that all the time.

Every morning. As soon as I roll out of bed. Sure there are slight flucuations. But not many. I need the motivation, encouragement and accountability. If I weighed myself once a week, I would probably only log once a week.

Looks like you lost 16 pounds. Excellent! Have you adjusted your caloric goals since you started losing? Eventually everyone hits a plateau. Not seeing your diary, I am just guessing. Keep up the good work, might just be a fluke.

You know my plan. Lazy mans martini. Put ice in glass. 6 drops vermouth. Pour vodka over top. Wait several minutes. Enjoy. Perfect after a long day and baby is in bed.

My daughter. She will be 1 in Jan. I am 40. I did the math. If I want to be hiking, camping and running after her when she is 10 (ie me at 50), I better be fit enough to do all of those things, right?
