Hi! I'm a Home Visitor that works for a Parenting Support Program at Yale New Haven Hospital in CT. I work with first time mom's and educate them on child development and work on attachment/bonding. Its pretty fun. I'm in a relationship, but not married, no kids.

Hey!!!! I've been on here close to a year...not really committed at first, but I am totally committed now! I was going to the gym, but have been working out at home more often these days. I keep readjusting my food, not quite sure where I am now but I'm sure something will click eventually. I have a lot of amazing friends…

Eat. Eat. Eat. Its been said enough, but one more suggestion wont' hurt.

Accidently drop the frying pan on his face while he's laying down. Make sure its accidently hot. What an *kitten*! BUT if you want to TRY then try, but make sure HE wants to try too. Stay in separate homes, date again, or something. But do NOT allow him to talk, treat or even HINT anything negative. Drop his *kitten* as…

I go with this. I write. I usually write every time I feel any sort of way, happy even. It's a way to keeo myself in check, to realize what I'm doing and to reflect on how I react. Reassuring yourself that things WILL get better, seems to work too. My issues have gone the opposite way since I started my journey. These days…

I'm VERY skeptical about KB DVD's. I'm no pro, but my bf is a KB instructor and so, I just know a little bit about them. But one thing I can tell you is to PLEASE make sure you work on your form BEFORE doing anything. My BF had me do wall squats to start off, making sure my knee's didn't touch the wall and that I was…

I have those days...I try to have fruit and veggies at work. So I'll eat fruit or have veggies with hummus.
-
I do the same thing. I dont' have an HRM so I always cut my cals in half to be on the safe side and only eat back that amount.
-
On a good day, (when I don't feel the need to snack before lunch time) I eat a bit over 300 calories. Eggs help fill me up a lot too.
-
Great news! Congratsss!
-
I try to eat only half my exercise cals back. I feel safer about doing that than eating them all back. Of course, there are days when I eat them all back and then some lol And like others have said, we are all different and what works for me, may not work for you. Hope you're able to find something that works for you!

I love walking...haha Its the most basic cardio I get every day, right after lunch!

ENJOY YOURSELF! It's one night. BUT I go for low cal drinks, TRY to portion control and order healthy stuff. Salads ( no cheese), chicken, etc. Skinny margaritas are fabulous! I usually order jack and diet though...or have some shots..ugh..yea, it can get crazy lol

Its a tough one. I'm somewhat on the same boat, though I've become more regular recently...that's after a year of being on my journey. Any ways, I'd say try to follow the pattern of your um body and weigh yourselfthe day after...

I'm happy how I am.

My boobs are sagging. And I hope they don't sag more when I keep losing. I'm going to work on toning the rest of my body, but my boobs won't get much of a tone =(
-
I started with an 18 and I wasn't/I'm not strong. I'm very skeptical about all the videos and DVD's out there, but as long as you learn proper form BEFORE you try the workouts then ok. Just take care!

You know what, now that you mention it...I used to eat so much more before...I recently had a relationship "thing" happena nd I lost my appetitie. I ate almost nothing for two days...weird how things are changing...hopefully I'll get the balance soon enough..not that I want to stressed or anything of the sort lol

haha, I sometimes daydream about winning the lottery..a few hundred million and then budget it out until I'm so lost in that thought food has completely escaped my mind. I also do it when I don't want to think about something that's bothering me or won't let me get to sleep...

Take a walk. Or log into MFP to remind myself of what I want to accomplish. I also always post it on my status..I usually get a lot of encouragement from my pals. Also, drinking water or tea. This all helps me.

1. Takes his boxers off and leaves them on the floor! 2. Leaves cups of water or mugs with coffee everywhere! 3. Refuses to eat left overs (unless he's starving and there's no money or a friend to buy him lunch)
