it is so sad! I was able to get in touch with one of my sisters that's there but she's been separated from her family and can't get in touch with them. I of course try to read what little I can online since I'm at work and there's people making freaking evil comments!

I haven't sent a FR in months...but at first I added everyone! My FR list isn't too big and I like to keep it that way. Its easier for me to be supportive if I can comment on everyone I have on my list. BUT if I get a FR I accept with or without a message BUT only after looking through their profile.

It counts! I agree that you should work your hardest while you're there! I take half hour walks while I'm at work and while I may not have time to do it every day, I know those few calories I burn are great! I gain before, but its because I start eating food higher in sodium. I usually resume my normal eating habits when it arrives and the weight comes off.

I USED to not stop until I had an even number of calories burned i..e not 103, but 104 cals I've gotten over it though..

I'm 5'0 and started off with 1200 calories, and then upped them to 1470. I've been losing consistently. I'm waiting to lose another 10-15lbs to readjust.
