I weigh myself throughout the week esp if I "lose" weight. I want to make sure that my weight loss stays the same for a few days before logging it. I guess I've become a bit excessive, but I want to lose 15lbs by September for a wedding and I get nervous thinking I won't make it lol

To make money. My bf is a HKC, working up to his RKC. He's pretty good at teaching proper form and movement. And yes, its a total body workout. I love them!

Since its in the works...50 Shades of Gray (without the Red Room of Pain, but with all the hot boyfriend, great body, bedroom stuff, dark past and all the physical effects on my body without getting touched...)TMI? lol

I suppose I may have been a bit too harsh in my choice of words.

I'm 24 years old. And I would never turn down a man because he has kids. To me, its beyond idiotic.

Congratsss! Great to hear!

I'm no professional, but are you eating enough? I know some firends that have had a bit of difficulty losing, and they ended up adding a bit more cals and started losing. If you haven't done so, figure out your TDEE and BMR and go from there. A nutritionist is a great idea, but try to save yourself the money first..good…

1. My bf is a personal trainer but I refuse to train with him. 2. I am the oldest of three children and the shortest. 3. I wanted to have 6 kids when I was younger. Now, I think I'd settle with one, if any. 4. I LOVE watermelon and could eat a whole one by myself. 5. As stated above, I also have a third nipple.

I also have a third nipple...BUT I'll let her take the pics...lol

changes in your diet and exercise routines also affect your menstrual cycle. Things should get back to normal once your body is used to the change. I had the same issue...and things have gotten back to normal like after 5months.

Try getting Skinny RItas....you can usually drink up to 3 of those for one of the "regular" But, I do struggle esp when I go out with my bf who insists I have a beer with him and usually a shot or two. Shots aren't so bad...but the beer is lol

I'm on a "diet" and I do need to lose weight...lol And those two treats, especially the brownies made my mouth water. So, brownies...yummmm!

You are doing GREAT! And are doing it to get yourself healthier and make yourself happier. Think about the positive changes you have made! Email your aunt and congratulate her. Support above all is what we ALL need. I completely understand you though. I used to feel like that sometimes when I saw people that have lost…

I have to plan it and leave some room for temptation. I make sure to eat breakfast at home and bring a snack to have between getting to work and lunch. And I always leave dinner "unplanned." I have two-three snacks throughout the day and drink at least 2-3 bottles of water.

haha, THIS ONE!

I went over about 1200 cals yesterday...and like 2x last week I was up about 900. So yes. We all do it. You just have to forget about yesterday and make healthier choices today.

I know I am horrible and going straight to hell. Anyone else have moments where you think you suck as a person? [/quote] I'm a pretty um full figured girl. But when I see bigger women than myself I want to go up to them and tell them that they need to start losing weight...I don't want to be all like hey there fatty, drop…

And thank YOU for writing this!

I hurt my back last year (I somehow ended up with sciatica). I stopped doing any physical activity for about a month. My doctor suggested I take two weeks off and then start with yoga or pilates or something of that sort, and then ease my way back in with other, more strenuous workouts. Like the previous posts have stated,…

What are you eating? You drink enough water? You eating back your exercise cals? Have you always exercised or did you pick up a new routine? I'm not by any means a pro, but I can tell you that eating plenty of veggies and fruits and eating back your exercise calories help. Also and very important is drinking lots and lots…
