I need to do the crunches...doing them as soon as I post this. I'm doing horrible with the water...I just can't seem to get myself to keep hydrated...sigh...

I wont be able to start with the 30D's till next week, so I'll be a week behind...also, I don't know how much of it I can do since my back really limits my exercise. But I will do my best! Also, I just saw the challenge...so I'll have to make them up tomorrow and do 100 crunches in the day...aah! Good luck ladies!

Also, be selfish in that you take care of you and do things to make your life better. If you're curious you should look up Osho. Some of his work is a bit too extreme for some people (religion-wise) but its great. I always read it and get happy.

I beleive in it. I know its really hard, but in the end it does reap its benefits. Things are still hard...really hard. And sometimes we get pushed down, but you need to push back. I always have an issue with chocolate, which is why I've learned to keep hershey kisses close by. I have one or two and my chocolate cravings are tamed. lol I also try not to think about it or reach for a healthier alternative. Green apples and baby carrots have become my good friends.

My two cousins rented their weeding dresses, so no rumor =) My mom found her dress at a Salvation Army...kinda tacky you think, but she had some things altered and what not and she looked amazing! I say go for it!

I usually put my phone, ID, money and any other small thing in there when I go out and don't feel like carrying a nurse lol

I will do that. I have an issue with my water consomption...I don't keep very hydrated. But I will up my fiber and water. And healthy fats? Mind giving me some ideas of what those could be? Thanks!

Humm...really? I wanted to do a natural thing...no pills, no shakes etc. Just to clean out my system and to help my irregularity. I guess I learn soemthing every day...thanks!
