This person wasn't driving a car but it took some talent. He was riding a bike while balancing a tv(good size) on the handle bars. My mother paints her nails while driving.

nice job everyone! Very inspiring! Here is my info: stage finishing up stage 1 caloric intake. 1300-1500 how many days lifting 3 cardio how long and how many days 3- 25-45 min depending on how my body feels inches lost. I haven't measured but I'm down 2 pants sizes :)

School counselor. Back in school to become a licensed mental health counselor. Whoops didn't answer second half of question... I pack my lunches so I'm able to control my options at work. I prep them the night before.

I would suggest getting the book new rules of lifting for women.

I noticed most of my loss was in inches and it was in the second half of the program. Also your calorie intake maybe too low for the exercise you are doing. My suggestion would be to take your measurements.

Seeing other motivated people work out. The feeling I have when I've completed a hard workout If I have a question there is usually someone there I can ask.

MWF weight training (following new rules of lifting for women) and 20min cardio Off days depends on how I but I switch it up between insanity, interval running and cybex machine.
