I had a c section a year ago (triplet pregnancy). I'm still working on my belly but it has gone down. I think if you eat clean and exercise regularly you can see results. It will all depend I'm how stretched out you were.

I have a "tramp stamp". I loved the tattoo and it seemed to be the best spot for it. I think it depends on what you want for some of them in order onto decide where to place it . Just my opinion though :)

Idk know if this is the difference in weight you were thinking but I went on medication and gained 20lbs up 3 pant sizes etc. Now I am back down to my regular pant size but my body is still not where it was before the 20lbs gain.

I never use a different scale for that reason... I hate when my DR office makes me weight because it is always higher than my home scale. I suggest going by measurements and how your clothes fit instead of the number on the scale. Keep,working hard you will reach your goals! :flowerforyou:

I found as I got in better shape my sciatica got better. I had to strengthen my back and ab muscles. Keep walking but do some light ab and back exercises but make sure you listen to your body.
