Thanks for all your replies. As I said ^^ up there somewhere, I think I really knew I was eating too much sugar. I think the leftover from Xmas (plus twins birthday on Tuesday hence the Pizza Express pig out!) hasn't helped but also I am not eating enough. I had a really lovely stir fry the other day and I need to start…

Oops - I think the slice of butter for lunch was a mistake - I promise I don't eat butter by itself! Often I don't put in lunch as I'm up late with the baby, so sleep in late, have a late breakfast then no lunch and dinner. Going to go and raid the cupboards and make something healthy for dinner - especially as my partner…

Thank you! I knew in my heart of hearts you would say that :( Oh well, sacrifices have to be made I guess lol! It's funny though, I have never had a sweet tooth and if anything, have always snacked on crisps rather than biscuits. Since this baby was born, all my body seems to want is SUGAR SUGAR SUGAR! I'm going to cut it…

I have sent you a friend request - I have 3 year old twins and although I was 2 stone lighter after having them (didn't gain a lot of weight due to bad nausea) I gained it ALL back before I had my last baby!

I'm feeling the same Lisa. Doing Shred and C25k for the past 12 days and can't see or measure any sort of difference. I know it's hardly any time but I still feel a little bit deflated as well. So annoying! At least I'm not slacking on the exercise though.

I'm on day 10 of level 1. I have lost 5lb and feel much stronger and healthier. I haven't lost any inches yet though. I am 12 weeks post pregnancy though and exclusively breast feeding - as a consequence I an trying not to cut my calories too much.

I hate that too :(. I had terrible terrible swelling due to pre-eclampsia in my first pregnancy and have the worst stretch marks ever. Those don't bother me so much - I feel it's my 'badge of honour' for having carried twins! - but the fact that it may be that it doesn't really matter how much weight I lose, I might never…

Had my son 21/10/11 so he is 12 weeks. Almost 3 year old twins too. I am 14 lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight, but I was in the obese category then so now only overweight. I'd like to lose at least 2 stone, but TBH every other time I have tried to lose weight i have done it by dieting - this time I am doing loads and loads…

Hi ladies *waves* I too am 5 ft 5 and am trying to lose. I'm not sure where I want to be though as I recently had an epiphany and realised that if I won't give up naughty foods, I will have to exercise instead. I would rather do half an hour workout than give up biscuits! I'd like to have a 26 inch waist again, the last…

Hi there! I'm new too, just joined yesterday. I have 3 boys, 2.10 year old identical twins and a 5 week old. I am getting married in June next year so that's my motivation!
