Working out when 'under the weather'?
As title really - I'm not ill, but I am a bit sniffy, maybe a bit of a cold coming. However, I should be doing day 3 week 2 of couch to 5k today. Aside from the sniffles I feel physically fine - would it be foolish to go outside and run? (PS - weather chilly but not rainy. Although can't guarantee it will stay that way!)
