As title really - I'm not ill, but I am a bit sniffy, maybe a bit of a cold coming. However, I should be doing day 3 week 2 of couch to 5k today. Aside from the sniffles I feel physically fine - would it be foolish to go outside and run?

(PS - weather chilly but not rainy. Although can't guarantee it will stay that way!)

  • I have always judged it based on how tired i feel. Also, if it above the neck and you can breath well enough to run, do it. If it is in your chest or stomach, don't.

I would do it, but it is based on how you feel.

Nope - get out there & get your run in! You'll feel better for having done so.
