i will take a tylenol before going to bed. If i still wake up with a hangover its alka seltzer in orange juice and more sleep then I wake up and have an ice cold corona..... refreshing and always does the trick

I drink green tea at least 3 times a day. I actually make it home made, place it in a picture with sliced lime, no sugar or honey and it's pretty good

Another great and quick idea is making a BLT using Thomas English Muffins or mini breakfast sandwiches. I normally eat turkey bacon so before I jump in the shower in the morning I place some bacon in the oven. By the time I get out of the shower it's already cooked and my sandwich is half way complete. I've recently tried this and brought it in for my coworkers and they absolutely loved it. I made it on Sunday and it's great and easy for the week. Well a burrito bowl is about 800 calories so a burrito is pretty much hitting 1k. A rice bowl or salad is just my preference. I look at everyone eating those huge burritos and wonder if their jaw every hurt opening up so wide lol

I've seen a change but it was for the better. I was heavy, long lasting and really crampy...since I started working out everything has improved.

Myth or fact...I like the idea of not eating pass a certain time because I use to have a habit of eating late and then going directly to bed. So it's a matter of what you prefer
