Personally, I use quinoa for a substitution for rice. Pretty good

That's a great reward but considering I just received 2 more 2 weeks ago making my count to 8 that won't really be a huge reward for me. But I do want one on my left rib cage once the belly fat goes away.

Just drink it. I don't drink my calories unless its wine, patron or vodka so I just guzzle the water down. Was hard at first especially since I was never a water drinker unless it was super hot outside, now I'm constantly drinking it.

Example, I normally work out no less than 5 days a week...next week I will work out 2x - 5 days a week and eat nothing but fruit, vegtables, chicken and fish to see If there is a difference in the scale when I weigh in.…
