That's what I do. I have a heart rate monitor and I create my own exercise and enter the calories that way for each individual workout.

I do the same thing, use my iphone app to scan bar codes. It's so easy!!

I agree with everyone, buy a heart rate monitor. The one with the chest strap is more accurate. But that way, you know exactly what you are burning.

That's my problem. I eat way too many calories. I was doing really well counting my Weight Watchers points, but I've gotten lazy the past few months. I know quite a few people who are using this, so I'm giving it a try. I like that though, "You can eat yourself out of any exercise routine."
