Oh well 3 days would be as long as I'd keep them, maybe 4 days. They taste fine today, so as long as they are cooked all the way through I should be fine. Thanks!

I am 5 foot 3.5 inches and right now I'm 147 with 37, 29.5, 37.5. I'm a tight size 8 or comfortable 10 for the most part. 125 is my goal for now, size 6 :)

Krusteau, idk the spelling, pumpkin spice muffins. Greek yogurt and applesauce sounds doable!
-
I am doing lightly active then eating back exercise calories, which I track using a heart rate monitor with a chest strap. So 1390 is my goal here, does that sound right? I am struggling with water, so water retention could be a problem
-
my diary is a mess right now. If its zero its cuz I tracked it but then didn't eat it, or I put it on the wrong day.
-
Bump for later :)
-
Bump sounds amazing!
-
makes sense, thank you
-
And yes it has a chest strap,, its a polar f4, and say I work out for 60 mins, actually work out, I subtract 60 cals. Maybe this is bad, I don't know. I'm just trying to be accurate

some days I don't eat lunch or I'll just snack, if a food item is in my snack category I'll log it as a snack. Sometimes at work I just don't have time to eat lunch so I won't. I have a food scale and if I need to measure something, like a sweet potato or grapes or chicken on the occasion I cook, I use that. I use my hrm…

I know this isn't the most natural or clean diet, but instead of like actual meals, would granola bars and other snacky things be Better? Lack of time and cooking abilities have been my downfall in the past.
-
I would love to cook, but everything I try to make is so tasteless and boring. I'm the worst cook lol
-
yeah I kinda thought that. Usually I try to leave some on my plate, take off a bun, etc
-
That's why I've been so optimistic about weight loss lately, I could eat a fast food meal and not ruin my diet. I haven't felt so in control of my diet and good in years. Which makes the stall so much worse. Breakfast I can eat at home, along with taking granola bars. But some days I'm gone from 9am till 11pm, a lot of…

I think everyone will disagree with this
-
I don't drink enough water, which j will try to combat to help the sodium intake. Eating at home just isn't possible much, I am barely ever at home. I was eating oatmeal every morning, I am gonna start doing that again
-
Sometimes I will plan a meal and end up changing it, thats what the zero means, I added it but didn't eat it
-
Black coffee won't be anything but I'll cut out soda completely and start again I suppose. Should my activity be active and eat back exercise cals? I've posted about this before and everyone said I should be active because I am a student and server but idk
-
So I should be eating at 1200 cals? I was absolutely exhausted doing this, and it was horrible. If my BMR is 1400 then how can I eat lower than that? I had the understanding that this was a big no no
-
I quickly measure my waist and hips after I weigh myself to see if there's any change, but nothing substantial
-
Depends how hungry I am, but I never net below 1200. Because I drink coffee and some soda, I like to leave some cals as a cushion. But maybe this is bad, idk
-
I use a heart rate monitor, and subtract 10 cals per 10 mins to compensate for cals I would burn laying in bed doing nothing
-
Not the soda, but that can't amount to more than one can per day
-
The soda I would drink on a shift would probably equal out to one can, or like 150 cals. And creamer, maybe 100, which is why I like staying under my goal so that I have some cushion. I do have a food scale which I use. I'll try cutting all extra out this week, but I just don't understand how everyone tells everyone to eat…
-
no but this next week I will switch to black coffee and no soda and see if there's a difference
-
Yes but if I'm not tracking it, I could be unintentionally going over, but I don't see how that would be enough to stall weight loss or cause weight gain

Op: do we just record our weights here? Or is there another place?
-
I was wrong, my activity level is set on active and to lose 1lb a week
