I just ask them for their full name and the name of the company, get it spelt right then tell them I am on the Do Not Call registry, they usually can't end the call fast enough!

I love the diversity we have in this group, so many different lifestyles, places etc. very happy that this is a group now, sometimes the main board can be a bit "childish" if you know what I mean :noway:

I take magnesium as I do get leg cramps and have major insomnia, I must admit though, I am dreadful at remembering to take tablets, the only one I always seem to remember is my blood pressure tablet, I hope it won't be too long before I can forget about that one too!

Hubby and I bought a Bowflex as our christmas pressie to each other so we are currently doing the beginners routine 3 days a week.

I am up for this, I will still have a few pounds to go after the 40lb but it would be great! Feel free to add me. Maybe we could set up a group, that way we can all keep together and post progress, recipes, training stuff etc, what do you think?

I am getting an Optimum blender next weekend and plan on doing lots of green smoothies!

Maybe in the meantime you could try using the Navy Method, it involves using a tape measure and I personally believe that it is more accurate than those body fat scales! If you Google Navy method body fat you should find it. I hope that helps a bit x

You need to read the recipe, there is no cream in it! I see so many people do the same thing then say it does not work, the cream is what is causing the hunger problem. Make it with coffee butter and MCT oil and NOTHING ELSE and you will be fine!! :drinker:

I am going to give this a try tomorrow!!

I am going to book a session with a trainer at my Gym, I want to learn how to do squats properly, I will use a rack so I won't drop the bar, but I need to work on my form.

This hapens to me, look at it as a good thing, it means that you have worked your muscles hard enough to force them to fix themselves, they NEED the water to grow and heal, it WILL go back down, don't worry. Keep pushing!!

Do you have a nutritional breakdown for this? How many carbs is in each recipe?
-
These look great! I assume you could make a savory version of them too! Anyone tried it?

What about "overnight refrigerator oatmeal" i think there is a thread on here somewhere but you can find the recipe on Google, it's really yummy!!

Why are people putting cream in the bulletproof coffee??? Butter is used because it has "All the benefits of healthy milk fat with none of the damaging denatured casein proteins found in cream" So it seems to me that some of you are negating the benefits of the coffee. Please go and have a read of the article…

The heavy cream is not in the original recipe, just putting that out there, I am loving the good quality coffee, MCT and butter combo, I had it this morning at 7am and was fine until around 2pm!!

This is a great idea! I am going away for an archery and axe throwing competition on the 8th of June and will need something low carb for breakfast rather than popping in to Macca's on the way each morning! Do you heat the butter and coconut oil or just smoosh it together? How is your weightloss going?
