Can I join today? I plan on doing my walking on a treadmill at my local gym starting this afternoon when I get home from work. I have put weight back on and am now back up to 190lbs which I am very disappointed about. I have got an archery comp on the first weekend in October and I need to be able to get into my jeans!

Maybe try a green Thickie? It's like a smoothie but has fillers like oats to make it more substantial so it keeps you fuller for longer. There is a website that you can Google which explains it all.

I do low carb to control mine, whenever I go off plan it goes way up 160/95 occasionally, but on low carb it is much better, I just checked it on my monitor and it was 108/67.

Work as heavy as you can, I do up to 180kg, 3 sets of 10, I do mix it up, but I always do a minimum of 140kg. The legs are surprisingly stong!

I really want to get into running so maybe this could be a way to motivate myself to stick with it! What distance do you think would be good to start with? I am 53 and about 60lbs overweight and want to try and do it at least 3 times a week.
