A good breakfast for me is, I call it fried cheese rolls mozerella cheese shredded cover the bottom of a small non stick frying pan heat it up till the bottom is brown and roll it up like a burritto. Your Done. you can add pepperonis or anything to put inside or plain. I would recommend the name brand cheese.

I always try to keep my bladder full most of the day so when I get up and run in the morning there is room for expansion, I always run on a empty stomach but after the run and through out the day drink drink drink.

A good training tool that gets you ready would be, lace up a pair of boots and find a good sticky muddy field and run across it back and fourth very extreme training. Good Luck
