Do whatever feels right for you! I definitely can't get by on a 200 calorie breakfast and usually average 400 (usually need a snack late morning also!)

Both! I'm sure many people here get the same craving - I know I do! Remember it's alright to treat to something sweet sometimes when you really feel like it :)

I had to completely stop running (and other sports with a strong impact) for 2 months, and even then my leg wasn't completely healed. Unfortunately there aren't any miracle treatments out there (of if someone knows one, please tell me!). Even if you treat it, if you keep pushing yourself you don't give you body any time to…

Did you exercise before this? If not, you're probably losing fat and gaining muscle, which would definitely explain why your clothes are looser even though your weight hasn't changed that much. I would suggest lowering your food intake or more cardio, but it seems you're already doing both. Keep going!

Mine is clothes! I don't get to buy anything unless it's my target size!

Just do it a few times and you'll feel fine! My first couple of days cycling in Paris I would get of the bike all shaky but now I go everywhere with it! Just don't trust those cars to look out for you!

I had a sort of similar experience when I was a kid. My parents always told me I was no good a sports and my teachers would easily give up and let me stand in a corner while the others chased a ball. In my last year of high school, I started jogging with a friend. I felt like I was terrible at it but being with someone…

How about running with a friend? I'm sure there are a few people around you who wouldn't mind getting into shape and just need some motivation :)

When I'm home and I feel like I am not going to be able to avoid it, I get out of there as fast as I can ! Usually a good run helps me, especially because afterwards I don't feel like "wasting" the effort I just put into the run on eating empty calories. Also I used to give up and once I started a binge, I'd do it all the…

unfortunately yes.... it's tough to keep control and my original solution was to constantly be around other people, keeping busy all the time. I'm now starting to be able to spend time at home alone, not doing anything in particular, without craving food :)

Try to stretch well before and after the class. I took a step class the other day after an exhausting hike - hard at first but in the end you'll be glad you went!

11 kilos since february is great! keep your focus and you'll be shopping for for a size 12 soon enough :)

it may just be a matter of how much you drink? I used to notice the same thing but now I tend to drink very little (a sip or 2) but regurlarly during my run. It works for me!

I sort of a cardio addict so my answer would tend to be that there's no such thing as too much of it ! 30 minutes daily seems reasonable to me but yes really I think it is important to make sure you take a day off every few days, so don't feel guilty skipping a day !

I don't think it's particularly important to eat them back entirely. Usually you will eat part of them back because more exercise makes you more hungry, but if you have a few hundred left and don't feel like you need the food, I don't see anything wrong with that. I just try to listen to what my body needs rather than…

I'm not into shakes but typically in the morning I'll have greek yogurt (for the protein) with fruit and a high fiber cereal. Relatively low on carbs and filling :)

When I signed up it also set my calorie intake at 1200, I think because I wanted to lose too much weight too fast. I also sit at work most of the day but I run and swim a lot and there is just no way I could last more than a few days on only 1200 calories. Definitely lower your intake to lose weight but make sure you still…

Over the last few years I was drinking coke zero regularly (though not more than 2 cans a day). I gave it up a few months ago after hearing one too many times that "it's full of chemicals" and such things. Surprisingly, I don't miss it at all! I've been drinking more of other things like unsweetened iced tea, water…

For me it also depends on what you call breakfast. I don't eat anything when I wake up, I usually work out in the morning and then eat my first meal around 10:30. It ranges from 300-400 calories depending on the time/how hungry I am.
