Quick Reassurance Needed!!

I am booked on a step class tonight, i LOVE step - I know it's very hard and I'm always anxious when I do it lately because I'm quite overweight ...

But last night I did a bums and tums class and my hamstrings are a bit fatigued.

Any quick tips to gee them up so I don't wuss out tonight?

I'm thinking it will all be fine once I'm warmed up , hard , but fine! Looking for everyone to tell me I'm right :) lol

  • Try to stretch well before and after the class. I took a step class the other day after an exhausting hike - hard at first but in the end you'll be glad you went!
