Anywhere between 400-1000 (on weekends its more) You need a heart rate monitor as if you are logging exercise through MFP, their calorie burn figures are inaccurate and sometimes way off. Some days I eat them back, some days I don't, I judge it by my hunger day to day. (MFP does calculate a deficit for weightloss / weight…

me too, why is this?

Your body naturally fluctuates daily, this maybe water retention, best advice would be stay away from the scales and weigh weekly, same day... same time... NAKED haha

Congratulationssssssssssssssssssssss

You aren't eating enough at all. You shouldnt be lower than 1200, and thats before you've been on the treadmill. Eat more, drink more water & it will start falling off.

I was confused by this too, but after researching peoples posts on here, I found that apparently MFP already includes the deficit to make you lose 1 or 2 lbs (whatever you have set in your settings/goals) That's why it says 'calories remaining' if you have logged exercise. I personally find I feel that i'm eating waaaay…

Sunny UK here! Feel free to add xx

Don't touch these hun, they were the cause of me having to have my entire gall bladder removed, messed up my bodies natural absorption of fat. Steer clear, eat a balanced diet and exercise x

I did it all through Les Mills BODYPUMP & I LOVE it. I can now do 30kg on the squat track (started on 10kg) 15kg on the chest track (started on 6kg) 17kg on the back track (started on 10kg) now lunging around 15kg too! Once you start you get the burning bugggg :)

I don't tend to let myself watch any kind of food programs as it sets my mind off on a tangent & makes me crave. Good programme though, ate at Kat's Deli in NYC (this featured on Man Vs Food) & it was incredible... Had to share with my mum :)

Eat seperate to your family, be in control of your own life and decisions :) Exercise workout DVD's may be useful for you to try if there's no gym around.

This is completely true. These FAD diets do not last for long. That person that lose 70lbs will probably gain more than that once she returns to normal eating
