Congratulations! When I completed the program, I kept doing the last week for a few weeks, and then I started the bridge to 10K. I just finished that this week and will being doing the 10K to 21K (which is a scary...HAHA)/

I have the same sentiments as you. I was on WW before they changed their plan to free fruit points, and I was losing weight. After they changed the plan, I completely stopped losing weight. Myfitnesspal has helped me lose weight again.

I did this program, and I'm currently do the 10K ap. I log the run/walk as separate items.

I weigh in every Thursday morning. Since I'm actively trying to lose weight, it keeps me on track.

I love Diet Coke, but I stopped drinking all soda last year on a daily basis (I still drink it on the weekends as part of a cocktail), and I have started just drinking water instead. Mine was rice. I make one of those Knorr packs and was completely floored when I saw how many calories I was about to consume.

Hello, I'm 5'7", and my goal weight is between 135-140. I have a medium build, and right now I'm at 154.7 (started at 177). I went by the BMI chart. Hope this helps :)

Hello, I was in a similar situation as yourself and just followed the couch-5K program. It really works and only takes 9 weeks to complete. I was in pretty decent shape before I started, however, running more difficult for me for some reason, and this program really taught me to run! Good Luck!
