  • I eat @ 1.5 to 2 hours before. I run / strength train in the mornings so a light breakfast. I then eat a small snack like almonds, trail mix or some type of bar, once I get home.
  • That is great! It makes you feel wonderful!
  • I have a Garmin watch I got for tri training and it came with the HRM. I use it for all of my activities. I have entered in a couple of runs here and it has been off @ 50 calories. I love mine and do recommend them!
  • I have had these issues in the past. Found out I have issues with low iron and low bp. I make sure I drink plenty of fluids before and during my workouts. I also changed multi vitamins to ones with more iron. Also, make sure you are taking in enough calories for your workouts.
