My body is getting harder!!

I still have a lot of fat to lose. I'm more than half way but I'm still obese.
But, I've been noticing areas of my body are getting firmer than they ever have before... legs, butt, and a little in the arms are starting to feel really solid. This makes me happy!!:bigsmile:
