Thank you both so much for your reply! I will definitely play with my calories. do you eat back your exercise calories as well? if i ate 2000 calories and burn 400 should i eat 2400?

I eat a smart ones Breakfast sandwich. It's delicious good for me on the go and it's 210 calorie breakfast! I love ittttttttttttt I throw it in my bag and then heat it up at work.

I hate the stretch part.. I have bad neck and shoulder problems.. and the streching makes me literally want to vomit.. which is not how I want to feel after having an awesome work out.. So i just do my own streches after the work out is completed.. especially for my calves which always kill after a Turbo fire work out!
