I'm in a little shock here. I realized why I gained almost two lbs last week. Poor food choices and TOM certainly were the top two. But now to have this! OMG. Plateau...stay away! @usborne, thanks much for your tip about eating half of your exercise calories. Such a good physical and psychological mind set!

I sweat a lot and so I get extremely chilled after a workout. I know what you mean about the hot shower part, it takes awhile for me to balance out. @Belle (and anyone else who needs suggestions for figuring out strength training) I had a personal trainer for awhile a couple years ago, and it helped me to a certain degree.
