Our bodies burn up calories from exercise so it makes sense that you are hungrier now. We have to replenish what we burn up in order to stay healthy. But we need to feed our bodies protein, not fat. Thats how we stay healthy! Keep it up! 5 days a week is Awesome! :bigsmile:

I created my page 5 days ago and will say it does make a difference to actually have an auto calculator for calories & exercize! We all need all the support & accountability we can get! ;-)
