  • ya, I fell into the one month thing again. I need to start today and get out of this. I injured my knee so I stopped working out for 2 weeks to let it heal.. then I just never started back up.. 3 months later I gained everything back and mad at myself again

  • I have used the 30 day shred and I've seen results. that is a 20 minute video! You have to motivate yourself. You just need to do it, even if you are tired. We have to work for what we want, nothing is going to just happen without work and dedication. hehe there was my motivation.
