I plan on doing all the calorie counts on my normal food, and have them ready to use! I also plan on making my own salad (helps that it'll be at my house), and eating the whole thing before I go and fill a plate with my normal food. And I'm for sure going to eat a couple of pieces of pecan pie... MMmmmmm.... pie.... :wink:

Sounds like a good plan! My first food goal for this day is to make sure I eat breakfast, and try my best to either get in a BIG workout the night before or a regular one the day of. I've only ever had edamame at a Japanese sushi place, VERY good. I haven't wanted to risk buying it, cooking it, and not liking it. BUT I may just have to give it a go now! :D

Have to say mine's a sadder story... I lost almost all of my chest :sad: (upside is that was a lot of extra fat...). Kept my hips though, because apparently I have WIDE hip bones (I know for sure now because I can feel them lol).

HARD CANDY! Or gum... I get the same boredness when I'm at work, super easy to just mindlessly eat! So, I try and either have healthy crunchy foods, or multiple kinds of hard candy (normally sugar free)
