My new trainer told me to calculate your heart rate zones, I think it is 65% to 85% of your max, and then stay in that zone for a full 30 minutes. i love the tae bo workouts and in the past i have really dropped weight, increased my cardio fitness and gained confidence from the tapes! I am started with a trainer at the gym today who suggested the treadmill and eliptical to start...I will miss Billy, but am paying for the gym, so I can't do both right now...good luck!
