Super random post lol But go with life proof, I work for best buy mobile, its awesome lots of guys who go hunting, fishing and other stuff sweat by it. We even tested it out on a real iPhone and submerged it in water. Success!

I did a Combimation of things, you can take one thing a week to over come or go hard Increase water drastically Eliminate ALL fast food (subway is OK) Get rid of the junk food Limit sweets No soda Start exercising Log everything and be consistent Be positive and patient
