It's a change in lifestyle. Its something your going to have to let go for majority of your time trying to lose weight. I would say 6 out of 7 days don't drink. If your drinking every night or every other night your results are going to be hindered. Make a decision.

Very tough question. I would suggest doing cucumber and lemon water. Then you don't have to worry about the calories and it will make your water taste great.

Order something healthy. Just because you have 1000 calories left doesnt mean you need to burn it on some pizza. You don't need to consume all 1000 of those calories either. I'm sorry if I seem harsh, but I want you to achieve your goals, and pizza ain't gonna help that.

I gave up lent. Just playing. I'm giving up spinach and going for kale. I heard it has more protein, fiber, and is better for you. I'm trying to get real lower ab definition.

Your digestive system may be having problems with only 1200. You may lose more weight if you up your calories and fiber ( sounds counter productive) but it actually can be the solution.

Don't cut carbs to dramatically. Its a common mistake and can cause severe deprivation of energy. I would suggest, if wanting to go low carb. Eat complex carbs in the morning, before your workout, and after your workout. It wont effect weight loss.

If you give yourself a set macronutrient goal - carbs proteins and fats. In example 200g of carbs, 200g of protein, and 50g of fat. You can consume whatever types of food fit under those limits. This itself will take care of calories. Good luck. Message me for further questions.

You can't build muscle and lose weight. One requires a calorie surplus and the other a calorie deficit. You may think you are gaining mass but it's probably just appearing that way because of the fat being lost.

Your brain is just thinking more about food. Dieting like this can really affect your weight loss potential. Eat according to your daily needs and you will lose weight. It doesnt matter if you eat every 2-3 hours or every 8. As long as your calories and macros are in a defecit.
