Low carb breakfast? I understand you're trying to lose weight, but limiting carbs in the morning won't help. You have to consume carbs and should put them in your breakfast meal and pre workout meal.

Make working out a priority. You can workout before work.

Try different machines. Don't think of exercising so much and rather be active. Take a hike, a walk with your dog/lover. Do an activity such as bowling or anything were its burning calories but also fun.

That's a good choice! Congrats on living the lifestyle. Set an example for your roommates and maybe they'll follow in your foot steps. Also show them the results of eating good, and they'll be even more likely to!

I would suggest 2 a day. It makes getting protein in easier with avoiding a lot of fat and carbs. Even after cardio, your body needs glycogen levels to be restored and you still use muscle when you do cardio, So YES!

If you keep your protein and carbs at a certain amount of calories where you still have more after for your daily goal then you should be able to include them as much as it allows. Good luck

I fit the description. People who are complaining about low fat being unhealthy, are sorta right. Yes it does help hormone levels but you don't need 80g of fat a day to maintain those hormone levels. Lowering fat can really help lose weight because of it being so highly caloric. Feel free to check mine out.

I use to. But now I limit myself to a cheat meal which seems to progress my fat loss further. Good luck.

Cardio will help your heath and BMI more. Along with weight training I would try to include cardio around 3 to 4 times a week. Don't think of cardio as hopping on a treadmill either.
