Breakfast should be the most calorie dense meal. You're not getting enough complex carbs from a cereal, try some oatmeal with the fruit of your liking. Also don't forgot to have a protein. YOUR NOT GOING TO GET SUPER BUFF EAT PROTEIN. It will dramatically help you lose weight. Good Luck Swolider

So you don't die. 1200-1300 calories per day is only properly supplying a very light person. If you weight about 100 lbs than yes that would be fine. Also it is to keep your metabolism going. Finally it keeps you out of "starvation mode" . Which is basically your body using muscle as full and not the fat.

-Tuna with brown mustard - 93/7 ground turkey, with taco seasoning - Fish, any kind seasoned to your liking - Eggs, you can eat as many egg whites as you want and supplement whole eggs when you need more fats for your macros. Also you can season chicken, don't be afraid of sodium.

Lifting heavy will actually lead to weight loss if your calories are under control. This is because of muscle gain or just muscle density. Which will cause you to burn more calories without doing anything,(Your BMI is raised). So I would take a look at your diet before dropping the heavy weights.
